DIRECTIONS: Exit A28 @ Jcn 15 & take D49 to BROGLIE. Follow signs for LA BARRE-EN-OUCHE (D49). AIRE is on RIGHT after crossing river (signposted).

SITE DESCRIPTION: The Aire is in a purpose built parking area next to the town's old railway station -- pitches are on grass with access via a gravel track. Pleasantly located next to the river, South of town, surrounded by countryside with trees providing shade in places and only 200m to the town centre. A Raclet service point with all services, rubbish bins & toilets. Aire is locked at night.

REVIEW

2007 An excellent Aire, well marked spaces; but could do with individual electric hook-ups & lighting for the pitches. Pleasing location, quiet, & shops (Boulangerie, butcher, Epicerie, etc) are nearby. Also an aquatic park to visit is nearby. Plenty of walks in area as well as the old railway line from Broglie north to Bernay; which makes a good cycle ride (20km on a tarmac track).

2009 Still 5 euros. Quiet, safe. Guardian calls about 7pm for the money.
