Pioneer stereo sat nav

Hi we have the above double din stereo satnav. The voice on the satnav isnt loud enough but the voice seems to come out of the unit
Not the speakers any ideas?

On mine you can alter the sound of music and the sound of warnings/instructions. But my sound definitely comes from the speakers

Cheers Landy Andy i have adjusted the volume for sat nav still cant hear her and sound defo not coming from the speakers

In the past we have adjusted the volume for the "voice" (only) when for example it is low comparative to the music on the unit by quickly adjusting the volume whilst she is "speaking".

You need Naviextras downloaded. Then pay for and download update onto USB before transferring to unit. You also need a teenager to do it for you. My son is 21 so he just about managed it for me.
