Is it possible that your phone isn’t actually connecting via Bluetooth for calling? Can the other end of the call hear you because the phone mic is picking up your voice. can you hear them through the phone speaker? On mine (iPhone) I had to change the phone’s audio source to the Bluetooth unit during the call. may help . Sorry if I missed something during the thread.
