Sounds just our cup of tea for the winter, we used to have a flat in Santa pola so love it down there. Debating at the moment on getting a bigger van/ caravan and splitting our time between UK and ES. Best of luck with it anyway and might pop down on our travels.

Stayed in the ACSI Site down the road last year.
Lovely little town. If I remember it rightly there were some Murials (sic) on the walls in places.

Where do you find out about units like this ? Every site is trying to sell me apartments on the coast and not the 2 bed villa with land that i want inland

Best of luck with you new adventure,sounds like a plan.
We lived in Spain for nearly 10 years (back in uk now) and the first time we visited Benidorm was in Feb this year in the van and that was to visit friends staying on a campsite there.It;s a bit busy we liked it and will go back but we like to go a bit inland .
So possibly might look you up on our 5 month trip heading out 1 nov.(that's if i.m allowed to visit)
Will keep an eye out for you posts .
