Pilote spares - best source?

Any good or bad stories re getting Pilote spares? Are all the Pilote dealers equally good? Is there a clever way to get spares direct from France? Any and all comments received gratefully by a new Pilote owner.

We were very impressed with Pilote after we purchased our present secondhand Pilote van at 11 months old in Germany, we live in Spain, contacted Pilote about two lights than needed sorting they gave us two places in the Alicante area and one in Valencia to choose from, we went and they replaced every internal light and the outside awning one under warranty. Bob.

Hi I see you are in located in Bury, l am in Urmston the closest dealer is signature at Preston, I think even they struggle to get spares from pilote.
