Any good or bad stories re getting Pilote spares? Are all the Pilote dealers equally good? Is there a clever way to get spares direct from France? Any and all comments received gratefully by a new Pilote owner.

Hayes is my goto dealer for bits. They have sent me a few bits quite quickly recently.
