We have the new radio in our 2019 Pilote. The reversing camera can be used whilst driving and the radio stays on. Our problem is that after approx 30 minutes the "back" icon disappears and none of the buttons down the side work. The camera continues to work but the rest freezes. The only way to get back to the radio is to either use the reset button or turn the engine off.
The second problem is that we cannot get our USB stick to play. It is recognised and there is a playlist in settings/ media/audio but there is no sound. I did download the music onto the stick via a MacBook pro and thought maybe it is therefore not compatible but why does it list the music but not play it?
Can any of you help please?
