Pilote R850 window regulator. (1 Viewer)

Any ideas? It is a strange design with a series of cogs mounted in a vertical steel pressing. The winding handle attached to the top cog. Is it from the parts bin, or custom made. I would appreciate any help.

From the look of the door it is custom made, pics I have seen show sliding window.
