Picture from phone to Fun??? How? (1 Viewer)

I sincerely apologise for the question.

I have, in the past, taken a photo on this phone (Alcatel U5) and posted the pic. on Fun but, with the advancing years, the methodology has fallen off the edge of my own personal hard drive. ie my brain.

Can anyone point me in the right direction.
