i would also warn him regarding that water heater mounted on a combustible surface i very much doubt if that is cold case

MUST ADMIT THAT THE WATER HEATER AND FLUE DON'T GET HOT AT ALL -(BLOODY CAPS) we ran that Belfast sink full of water to test it and I could touch everywhere around,under and the flue with bear hands -very surprising because we were going to mount it on a fireproof backing plate --not even tried the cooker/fire it needs a hosepipe on hand so I thought he could insure it first before burning it down
