picos mountains (1 Viewer)

anyone been over the picos mountains on route to southern Spain. Hopefully going in november in our Hymer 694 any advice welcome thanks!

hi, you may find it too snowy . you can see snow on the hills as you land at santander .
we do it on the way back in april . still can be very snowy . we watch the snow every morning in april while parked up near san vicente de barquuera . fresh most mornings .but its usually ok to either get from riano to ribadesella via congas de onis or to san vicente via potes . but be careful. its narrow . we are in trucks so you will be ok .
all that area and the coast there are the best part of spain in my book . shame its not just that bit warmer in winter . it can be almost ok by the coast .
friends were there in june still snow on the ground .
but great area . best done in spring . but have fun i,m sure you will.

We could be going through there tomorrow!!!! Wa are at Saint Jean de Luz today and setting off for that region in the morning. If I see a big hill, I'll let you know:thumb:
