Pickering This Weekend

We have to go to Pickering this weekend we normally stay at the antique shop.
Is there any where else near by whare we can camp we are not members of any of the major clubs
Is there any stop over spots wild camping near to town.

Since 2009 with motorhomes several caravans then tents before that.
On your way in to Pickering there are a few big lay-bys set off the road. Those you drive in one end , and out the other, banana shaped.
But we usually stay at the antique centre. It's only a tenner. Handy for the lidl, and Spice4U curry house mmmmmm.
Plus it's right in the centre.
We've stayed at the back of the trainstation on the CL , at the back of the fishing place and scout hut. But you gave to be ccc members I think for that Bill.

We have parked outside the train station at the front if arriving late/leaving early.

It's with it being bank holiday weekend just trying to put contingency plan in place.
as the weeman is seeing his mum who now lives in Pickering.

If you phone up the antique centre Bill, you can reserve a spot

Then you know you can get on.
Or know if you won't be able to , in your case Maybe, with it being a bank holiday in a couple if days . They take switch payments over the phone. Good luck.
