Photo Software

Hi, I always use Picasa which is also free, I find it very good and it suits my needs admirably.

Picasa

Phil.

Yep Good package as well. And Both free.:thumb:

I'm impressed, not only is it coping with Canon RAW format it is also displaying video footage from a Panasonic Camcorder in VOB format.

It's been gathering images from my hard drives for the last 45mins and still not finsihed. Well there are well over 1000Gb of photos on three hard drives.

Well impressed.

You sure you haven't got some of mine there, too?:Eek!:

Yes I know it's a lot, but in reality there is only about 30,000 as many have been converted from RAW images into JPG or TIFF.

The vast majority are rubbish. I did once think of pruning the rubbish out but it's such a mammoth task. Life is too short and I'm too busy enjoying myself.

Mr Zozzer is also pleased with my new Picasa2 derived screensaver made up of favourite photographic memories of past holidays. See now want the same on her PC.

I have real problems with multiple copies on our albums with Irina going onto them.

I wished i knew how to prune them down to one of each:Doh:
