Peugeot roof-rails

In a magazine I have there's an advert for Auto-sleeper on the 2019 Peugeot base which has a couple of roof rails, which tidies up the bolts for the roof-rack mounting points and also provides a neat start-point (front to back rails) for two arbitrarily positioned cross-bars for maybe a giant 265W solar panel to be mounted:

Any ideas where to get these roof bars?, are they an accessory from Peugeot themselves?
