Peugeot Boxer circa 1999 screen wash not working. Fluid in bottle - check; Fuse intact - check; not sure how to access switch without removing steering wheel, anybody tackled this or have other suggestions??

Since 2009 with motorhomes several caravans then tents before that.
My rear wash stopped working on my car.
Turned out , the water tube had disconnected squirty side, so to speak.

Pump maybe seized.
Usually the simply push into a rubber grommet in the side of the bottle.
Remove and test by pressing button....if it spins you have a pipe blockage, if it doesn't its probably seized.
You could connect directly across pos and neg of the battery to eliminate a wiring fault.

I've had 2, replaced the pump, burnt out.My mechanic replaced them both on premot checks they have lasted about 4-5 years each.found out that the washer pipe was getting twisted and bent when i closed the bonnet so replaced the piping with a longer length and rerouted it
