hi all, trying to Chang the speakers in my 2008 boxer front doors but I can't get them off. Any advice please

Assuming that you have an X.250 based van, then there is a video on YouTube about fitting lock protectors that shows how to dismantle the door beyond the point of speaker removal. It should give you enough insight to complete the task yourself.
