Peterborough refunds

Have any of you guys who had booked for Peterborough Show in April and have not elected to rebook the new dates in July/August, but chose the option of a refund, as i did, I completed the form for application of refund and posted it to Warners but have not received an acknowledgement or a refund, am I the only one, or are there others.
