Sorry to be a bit sniffy, @Ambilkate, but when did completing the RSVP option become mandatory? I'm not surprised that most people have missed this as Jim's post at the start of this thread, and I think all other rallies says:

If you want to rally with Motorhomefun at this show. You need to do FOUR things.

1. Remember that you do NOT need your Membership Number. If they ask for it use your Username.
2. Book with the organisers Here. Remembering item 1 above.
3. Fill in this form to let our rally Marshals know who is coming and when.
4. Add a post to this thread to say you are booked and coming.

We've did all four on 4th January for this show! My memory may be playing tricks, but I thought Fun tried to use this Attendee RSVP facility many years ago but the form was brought in as a replacement because the RSVP didn't give enough information to the marshalls.

Maybe it's just me being a miserable old git, but now its jumped from Jim's "FOUR" to five tasks to rally with Fun, but the instruction hasn't been updated.

Thanks Robin I have not done the lists for the main motorhome shows before so this is new to me. I've only used those attendee rsvp a few times myself. As I've said I'm just doing the lists at the min to help Jim out. Thought that's what was needed doing.

I don't know about the forms Sue i assume they go straight to Jim, I'm only doing the list to show funsters who is attending and to help Jim out. Also it helps Bump up the rally, show . I can see you have done the Attendees rsvp though

The attendees list is a great help as it gives the marshals an idea when funsters are arriving but like always we have to follow Warners list but as it only states surnames so if anyone who is late or not coming we refer to the attendees list but van reg is also useful

Hi Polly, At Shepton last year the marshals stood about waiting for people to arrive, who didn't. You said that you were going to give a phone number so that you can be contacted if people are unable to attend. Will you be doing this.
