cant help with santander . i use a vet along the north coast at san vicente de la barquera . open hours 10.30-13.30 16.00-19.30 and 10.30-14.00 on saturdays. they speak english .there is lots of free camping santander side of town ,across river turnleft park by beach or on big carpark. tel 942-712147. on way to santander call at torrelavago commercial centre all the super markets are next to one another good for topping up as it difficult in santander to park. have fun cheers alan.

vets in Santander

Hi Suesan
Can see you've had lots of helpful replies to your query, but if you are stuck for a solution , due to our departing Santander on an awkward day (Monday) we've used the services of Dogs Away on the internet. You pay a fee for them to facilitate this service, so if you can find out yourselves it will save you money. Otherwise they provide you with location etc & a guaranteed appointment. But as stated this was mainly required due to the day we were travelling on, if you have the luxury of being able to find a vet outside Santander time allowing, all the better, see our recent thread on Continental Touring forum :Smile:Griffs
