Pembrey CAMC site in the Winter - how far to the beach?

Hi all,

I'm looking for a site within walking distance to the beach for a December stay.
We have dogs but one is very old and not such a long distance walker.

Anyone know how far it is from the site to the beach?

If its Pembrey Country Park, we stayed there last year and had trouble finding the beach, think it's a long walk especially for older dogs. We hired a car and drove into the park but still couldn't find the beach. We have an old dog too, so couldn't explore as much as we would have liked.

Only a short walk the site is situated in Pembrey Country Park .
Beautiful area only 10 miles from us and we take the granddaughter to the beach there.

That club site is only minutes away from the beach. Lots of walks around that area. Go and enjoy That was our first ever trip with our puppy Stanley nearly 15 years ago. I will never forget it edited to say we met up with loads of other couples on the site with dogs too and went on dog walks together Oh and drinks and BBQ'S

Google maps shows it as about 1 mile.

It's a lovely walk to the beach, to me a mile is nothing, but to some it is too much maybe. The walk is through a nature reserve/park area so it seems a short walk to me.

There are loads of walks off site, no need to walk to the beach, about a mile away. It is lovely area for dog walks really lovely area. Go and enjoy.

I believe it’s the same distance in winter as it is in the summer…
