Spray the pears with Jungle Formula midge spray.....They only need to try a few and trust me...they will soon back off! Dont forget though....
You will need to wash them before you eat them yourselves! It tastes really naff!

Trap them, i do then let them go miles away. Yes i know supposed to kill them but i cant so drive them a few miles away and let them go

non native species, pretty sure it’s illegal to trap and release them (presuming it’s a grey). Better off just doing for the beggars.

If a squirrel wants your Pears he will get them regardless of any stockings or almost anything else come to that, the only thing that puts them of is a bad taste (Chile pepper works great), unfortunately not a great help unless you like Flaming Hot flavoured pears of course.

Skin it and spatchcock it, soak overnight in milk in the fridge and then BBQ it, its delicious ( The squirrel not the pear!)

These kill traps are very good but a bit expensive, beware the following video shows the trap in action so viewer discretion is advised.

We used to shoot them then cook them for my mate’s dog back in the day.
