We have just booked our return ferry crossing online for Thursday morning on MyFerrylLink from Calais to Dover, The difference in price by paying in €'s saved us roughly £10.
£55 Quoted for 8.5m Motorhome
€62 Quoted for same vehicle. (mid exchange rate 1.38) = £44.92
We pay with a no fee card, so a good saving. (y)
Cheers

Tried to do it but they said they would balance amount out so I would pay same. Should have tried it instead of believing them!! Courage of convictions and all that I guess!

Yet, curiously, last year it was better by a long way to spend £s on Brittany Ferries rather than euros. I refer to on board purchases, not the ticket.
Will be able to confirm on Sunday if it is the same this year. :)

You need to do it online, just tried their site, and so long as as you select € next to the language drop down box you will still save about £10 for a single crossing at the current exchange rate.:)
Cheers

I saved over £20 by paying in Euro for my homeward crossing in may.
