Traveling to down from Newcastle down to Poole for ferry to Cherbourg. Won't get there till after midnight so wondering if I can park at the ferry terminal for 8:30am ferry

Unless it’s changed in the last couple of months there is overnight parking for motorhomes travelling the next day, on the far right as you go in, as per image-Broken Link Removed-

You can just join the queue of waiting vehicles as you will be using the ferry. We did this last year without any issues. It's a free option. We arrived at about 16.00. Shopped in the local outlets and had a take away from just down the road.
The ferry seems to leave before the cafe opens.
