We have a 2019 Hymer fitted with a Thetford C263S swivel seat loo. It has a separate panel to house the flush button.
initially it would the flush did not stop when the flush button was released. SHMBO was in full panic when this first happened to her but she did manage to stop the flush. I then tried it & had problems with the both starting & stopping the flush. Then it seemed to settle down & resolve its self. A little later whist watching TV I was alarmed to find the hab area was flooded with water. Big panic again. This time it seems that the flush was started without any command from us.
I think we need a new flush button panel.
Has this happened to you.
Where is the best place to get spares. We are in the Oxford area.

Think a jammed solenoid could be the issue. Usually just needs a bit of a clean or freed up.

Not sure of your shower room set up but how is the water getting in to hab area?

i would assume its filled the bowl and overflowed

It would be a separate area though, like a wet room. I suppose if the plugs were closed enough water would eventually spill over the door threshold.

Thanks for your replies.
Yes the flush filled the bowl & overflowed. At this stage I am not sure if the loo has its own pump or a solenoid to control the water flow. ?

Many motorhomes (including ours) have the toilet bowl separate from the shower tray, simply fixed to the floor. If bowl overflows it will flow right out into hab area😢
