Couple of years or so.
We bought a matching pair of Raleigh Evo 7 folding bikes for using in the motorhome earlier this year and have used them twice and we were very happy with them, BUT we then bought a puppy and have not been out on them since - can't take the dog on the bikes! So we are selling the bikes and keeping the puppy.

We paid £199 each for them (total £398) from Halfords and are asking £300 for the pair.

Details are:
Frame: Lightweight alloy folding frame
Folded dimensions: 45cm x 78.5cm x 70.5cm (WxLxH)
Gears: 7 speed Shimano gears
Brakes: Aluminium V-brake
Wheels: 20" Alloy rims with city tread tyres
Finishing Kit: Raleigh Comfort Saddle, PVC dual density ergo grips, mudguards, rear carrier, chrome seat post
Weight: 13.7kg
Chainset: 3/32"X46T Steel Chainring Silver
Forks: 20" Steel Fork
Frame Colour: Grey
Tyres: City Type
Saddle: Raleigh Comfort Saddle
Seatpost: Steel 27.2X400mm
Stem: Folding
Suspension: Rigid
Pedals: Folding
Rear Brake: V-brakes
Rims: Alloy
Front Brake: Alloy V-brake
Gear Shifters: Microshift Twist
Frame Material: Alloy

We are based in Manchester for collection, but if needed we can send the bikes out using a courier - but you will have to pay the carriage cost - wont cost much as we have business accounts with Interlink, Uk Mail and Parcel Force and will sort out the cheapest carrier.

:Sad:Scek I hope you are successful, but I sold mine earlier this year and only got £120 for the pair ...... I tried everywhere to sell them ... same as yourse and both mine were still brand new ... had the polythene wrapped round them.

No-one on ebay or anywhere seemed prepared to pay out. I think another well-posted funster got £130 for a pair of theirs ... used but excellent condition.

Hope you have more luck.:thumb:

You could always do what we did, two puppies, two folding bikes and a "doggyhut" trailer, the dogs soon get used to it.

I'm a newbie
Folding bikes

Just seen this on the forum. I'm assuming by now you've sold the bikes. If not please let me know. Will the bike be big enough for a 6 foot 2 inch man?

Best wishes

In my experience people want a bargain. If there are no takers it is probably price related.
