Paint for rust on sump and exhaust

Can anyone recommend a suitable paint to arrest the rust starting on my sump and exhaust?

These were “advisories” on my MOT. I would prefers brush on.

I didn’t think Hammerite would takethe high temperature of the exhaust.

clean the sump and paint with high temperature enamel if you can get it, if not hammerite

The exhaust is just rusty tin, no painting that

I`ve just painted my sump with Hammerite, I`m hoping it`s sufficiently heat proof
