Oyster satellite dish won’t extend (1 Viewer)

Does anyone have any ideas? I have had all the obvious power supply issues checked. It’s an Oyster 111. The manual refers to a control panel which does not appear to have been fitted but I have had the van from new 4 yrs ago and there has never been a problem up to now
