hi hoping for some technical help. Tried dish at home (UK) yesterday went up fine & locked on. Now in France & put dish up for first time, did last position went round about 3 times to find Astra then dish started to go slow, tried to retract & wouldn't retract. Nothing wrong with batteries full power, please can anyone help or suggest something. I will manage to losses bolts at top & put it down manually but hoping for some tech info as to what may be wrong.
