Oyster excellent service

    Thinking that my Oyster box should be updated, due to all the changes. I phoned Oyster thinking that I would have to return the Oyster box back to them as I did some five years ago (at a cost of about £50), but the very nice lady on the phone (Margaret) said she could talk me through it. This she did in non technical terms which I could understand. All is now set up, and up to date at no cost!
