Oyster error code Azimuth error code 2012 (1 Viewer)

Hi everyone

Does anyone know what this means. The satellite dish goes up but gets stuck, and won't search.

Hi Karen,

Error 2012 on an Oyster V is telling you that there is a problem with the rotation motor on the system. It could be a fault with the motor or the control board that supplies the motor power but unfortunately we have to see the system in order to diagnose fully.
