As long as my flights are covered I'm there! (y)

Anyway, morning Phil. Can you explain the problem at all? I might be able to assist from here. If not then there are Oyster representatives in Spain and Portugal but they may be a small distance from you.

Ok, just saw your wall post.

Sounds to me like the bolts have come loose.
Shouldn't happen because they are torqued up at the factory before being tested however they could have been undone at some point that we're not aware of.
Firstly, do you know which system you have exactly? I would say it's either an Oyster Vision III or an Oyster V Vision. You can normally tell by the stickers on the dish. If there is no V on it then it's a Vision III system. Once I have this info I can advise.

Hi Phil,

No problem. If the bolts are loose make sure the system is in rest mode before you tighten them.
If not you'll get a multitude of errors.
Easiest thing to do is do hold down all four buttons on the controller until the system goes into reset.
Watch the screen and make sure it sets and then goes into standby (blank screen).
Then tighten the bolts (60nm if you have a torque wrench) and then try turning it on. Hopefully that should cure the problem.

I'll wait to hear how you get on.
