I’ve tried a few shortcuts and I end up pressing ok button after switching on the equipment and pressing right arrow and it came to screen a menu from witch attach some pictures… but couldn’t go further .
Meanwhile the dish didn’t gave any sign of moving..

enough to know i shouldnt touch things i know nothing about ....
not sure whether it would help, but can you disconnect the power completely from the unit, not just turning it off and on,by removing a fuse? perhaps it might sort of 'reset' everything?

Good morning Macedo

Apologies for the delayed response, didn't get time to respond yesterday.
Right the problem is that there's an electronic failure on the receiver and the screen your seeing is the recovery console as the receiver cannot boot it's firmware. There is a possibility that we could fix it but I'm afraid I can't give any guarantee on that. You are more than welcome to send the receiver into us and we can have a look however if the receiver is unrepairable then the only option will be to upgrade to the command centre bundle. This is a full replacement of the internal electronics however no change is made to the roof unit or the cabling so whether or not it's worth doing is down to the condition of the unit on the roof. The upgrade is £401.58 + VAT and any Labour charge if you require the upgrade fitting by ourselves. If you would like the existing unit inspecting first we are more than happy to do this. If repairable we will quote for the repair before carrying it out and if not then we will offer the upgrade. There would be a charge for inspection of the original unit however if unrepairable and the upgrade is purchased then the inspection fee will be waved.

Hope this helps and thank you to GeoffnDee for the tag.

Recently I had the same issue with mine. It turned out that the dish had not re seated properly when it last closed down. A slight wiggle on the dish sorted it with no problems since. Not sure of the whys or wherefores, it just worked.
Could be worth a try.
