Yes you can, I've done it. Ring Oyster they will sell you all the parts required. It is the easiest way, but not the cheapest. Also you will need to buy a pair of crimping plyers, they will tell you the type, cheapy ones off ebay will do for the few times you will use them.

It will also require that you crawl around on the roof of your van. Be careful up there !!!!

Look at that, two pieces of advice and I still only charge one Guinea. A bargain, BOGOF.
