Overseas mobile providers (1 Viewer)

Sitting in the van in Chablis, using my android phone, speed sucks, but there are a number of different providers I can use, is there an app that will tell me which has the strongest signal. Don't fancy going through the list manually.

Normally if one is poor they will all be, I think under French law they have to share masts, so all signals coming from the same place. Ocassionally you get lucky and find a better one.
My data is getting a bit low so on a blindingly fast Fon at the moment using my long range aerial.
