Overpayment... Refund required (1 Viewer)

I have just renewed my membership via PayPal and 2 x £15 =£30 has been paid also I am unable to look up members says I am not authorised.. Not a happy funster!!!

Hi Sorry you're not happy. I can see you paid your subs using this email xxxx_xxxx@yahoo.com tonight at 2015. It can take ten minutes or so for the subs to be applied and I see they were applied just 7 minutes after you paid.

Can you help me with the overpayment, I can't see it. How was this made?

Well your original post said you weren’t happy.

Don’t stress. If there has been a problem ( which I am not convinced there has been) Jim will sort it out.

I wasn't happy that Palpable had taken it twice.. Not that I was not happy with MHF..
I could not see where I had to request a refund.
But I think enough has been said... I will wait for Jim.
