since 2006 ( I think ! )
All we do is pull in to any garage or whatever that a load of lorries have stopped at.
Being doing it for 8 years without any issues what so ever..

The only advise I would offer is do not ( as I have heard some people say ) park away from the lorries..If you do, leave all the doors wide open to avoid damage as you are making your self a BIG target !! LOL !!!

We always park in the middle of the lorries.. OK, sometimes we are unlucky and get a fridge unit beside us but you soon get used to the noise and tune it out
The other drivers all look out for each other in such places.. We feel safer on truck stops than we do in remote aires !

We stop overnight at Sobradiel which is near to Zaragossa, it's about 190 miles from Bilbao.
It has all of the facilities you have mentioned in your post.

Also there is a truckstop / hotel on the main rd before you go into the village where you can overnight for free, park around back of hotel.

Both of those would still leave 300 miles to Benidorm though. As well as being right close to the one he's just left at Cascante.

I'd go for some where around Teruel. I use the one after Teruel south , Sierra de Javalambre,, Autovía Mudéjar, Km 92,

Huge amount of parking for lorries etc, petrol station, dump & water behind petrol station. 24hour restaurant.

that then only leaves you a pleasant run down in to Benidorm.
