Bolton-le-sands is about 5 miles from Heysham and I've seen the odd MH parked down by the waters edge. There is a farm/campsite called Red Bank Farm which is down there but it is closed until Easter so I can't see them complaining. Here is a map of the area...

Other than that I think you can park along Morecambe prom at this time of year.

there are a couple of laybys on the A683 if you fancy that as an option.

maybe you will be ok in the port instead of coming out sort of go around and park and leave in the morning.

When l have taken the evening boat to Heysham, l have driven round to the coach parking area near the check in for the IOM boats. Never any problems.

Thanks for the replies we have slept overnight in the Port(coach park) before and had no problems, thanks Craig, but it can be quite noisey so looking for some place further out.

Asda

When we get off the boat at night we go to the 24 Hour ASDA - find a quiet spot in the car park - no problems.

Lots of Manx motorhomers do this.
