This weekend we've taken delivery of our new to us Moho. Felt a little sad waving goodbye to our Hymer 680 Starline which has served us so well over the past 6 years. The sadness soon passed when we stepped inside our S800 though! We've imported it from Germany with the expert help and service from Bundesvan and are awaiting DVLA to do their stuff. With our resident expert on here @DavidG58 we're in safe hands for sound advice and technical support :)(y)

Enjoy, not sure about the sound advice, but definitely honest, as for technical support, I can guide you to where to pay someone to fix it :)(y)

It does look scarily similar to ours, just changed all our gas struts, but did that myself so techncal ability is increasing (y)

I love your honesty :D The gas struts have just been replaced on ours so we should be ok with that one.......the over engineered huge tap in the kitchen on the other hand........(n)

Thanks Anthea. Don't think we're going abroad this winter, but plans could change! Our chocolate Labrador is going in for a total hip replacement shortly so sadly we won't get to use the van for some time yet

you will already have found out I guess that the kitchen tap needs to be clicked down before it works, first few times you will convince yourself it will break off, then you just get used to it

ours was at Hambiltons for a service last month, even they thought the tap microswitch had failed till I showed them how it worked o_O

Gorgeous van, but I sometimes wish owners would be a tiny bit more sensitive and stop reminding me how much I NEED a Hymer

Enjoy your travels :D

Seems so long ago that we shot 1000kms across France into Germany to see it! So pleased we did though and I'm sure we'll bump into one another again in a field or an aire somewhere :)

Wow what a great motorhome.... what was the advantages of importing? Please very impressed.
Even with the poor exchange rate, the price was much better in Europe. We knew which model we wanted and viewed one in the U.K. which was 3 years older, had numerous faults but was still significantly more expensive than the one we've just imported.

Lovely van. Hope you get many happy years using it, @Kim H. I too was wondering how you got it out of your drive with a fence directly in front of it. How do you remove it?
