Hi everyone from Heather and Tom
We live on Orkney, which is great but there isn't a motorhome service centre so we rely on getting work done during trips. The other problem us that six years ago just after getting our first motorhome Tom had a big stroke. He's doing OK now but we're a bit lacking in technical expertise and so any support and advice from forum members would be much appreciated.
Currently on Arran where our Snipe Pro satellite dish refuses to retune. We think it needs a soft update. Can anyone point us towards the right link? Thanks!

FYI if you quote the post you're responding to the poster gets a notification that someone has responded to it.
You should be able to tell from the controller box as per this (page 2).
It also gives instructions on the upgrade process.

Your mention that you were from Orkney stirred the old grey matter a bit....

Were you at Almayate Costa, near Malaga in February 2018? We spent a bit of time talking to a couple of Orcadians and your combination of names seems familiar.
