This one. I have had one for about 4 years and it is very good. Don’t bother with the cheap ones from the likes of Half**s, Argo* etc. They don’t do the job properly.

Thanks for this, will have a look.

Does using the polisher/buffer cause much damage to decals?

It’s not so much the polisher that causes the damage but the polish compounds. I find that it is quite easy to lift the dye from the decals so I try to avoid them.

Use plenty of water with it to keep wet

Don't understand why you state "use plenty of water" ? are you sure you're not thinking of what to do when using a clay bar ?
Here's a very good video of how to use a dual action polisher correctly

cheers

I always find polish dries very quickly on its own but spray water on it and it keeps it moist so is more manageable but i use a stayer polisher which can do a lot of damage if not carefull so using water reduces chance of damage

There is an excellent thread here in the Motorhome Detailing forum which is where this query might be better addressed/answered?
It wasn't until I read this that I understood that the paint finishes on mh are a lot softer than those on a car and hence you have to use very different techniques to avoid damage to the finish.
