Oops! Dead bollard

Has anybody got a spare one of these as I have a dead one to replace.
It's a Comsen M 1000?

but the rear overhanging bike rack is ok.

If it’s a site asking you to pay for it you might need to go through insurance, is it terminal or just shorted something?

the installation and testing will probably cost more than the post

Thanks for your answers. Further information for you all. Yes it was manufactured in Australia but this model is no longer being made.
The bollard was pushed over and has cracked around the base. All the fittings ( top fitting light, two sockets, breakers, fixing plate are all ok) only the shell /housing is damaged.
The reason for asking if anyone has a spare is because only the shell/moulding needs replacing and Comsen can not supply a spare.
So if anybody has a spare or suitable replacement please let me know.
