Online seller feedback for this seller ?

So I see something that I'm after at a reasonable price on an online seller , so I mail them and got no response , went on their so called live chat, no response.
Ofc I'm impatient as it's only been less than 2 hrs that I have been waiting a response
Anyways https://theleisurewarehouse.co.uk is the seller, anyone got feedback , are they legit ?

Hi just happens that last Thursday I ordered a new camera online from nextdaycameras and guess what no delivery.The reveiws on trustpilot were very good( I have just posted mine) No phone contact apart from prerecorded message to say all contact to be via email which they would try and answer witin 24 hours. They answered miday nextday to say for some reason it had not been shipped. and they would look into it. Fast forward to Monday and they then say we cannot ship it to alternative address (we were on a campsite near Bridlington when 1st ordered.) No explanation or apology from them. Only if I reorder can they ship it to my home address and then they will refund my original payment. So I said will reorder tomorrow if they can guarantee next day delivery and give me a tracking mnumber for the courier. They replied we cannot guarantee next day delivery! Needlas to say I will not be ordering form this outfit again!!

Simple.. trust pilot seems as trustworthy as a hungry lion in a butchers shop
Twice I have known -ve feedback to have been removed
Couple of years ago I had cause to leave a somewhat damning revue and yup, that too was removed
