After spending the last 8 months on my winter quarters, its time to hit the road again. Should be back in the UK for a couple of weeks before heading up to Norway for the summer. The Durango travel trailer will be staying here in Benidorm until I return, keeping my pitch secure from authorised use.

Enjoy the journeys to both UK and Norway!(y)

Safe journey Dave & Pat.
We look forward seeing you back in Benidorm come November.
Brisey & Pamelaaar.

Safe travels Dave, after all the threads lately on getting there which route are you taking and the same question to @Robert Clark?
If you mean which route to Norway...Harwich-Hook of Holland. Transit Holland, Germany, Denmark. Color line ferry from Hirtshals to Larvik where I collect my mate just south of Oslo, then up through Sweden and cross back into Norway above the circle.

We're taking the Channel Tunnel, then driving to Hirsthalls in Denmark where we catch an overnight ferry to Bergen. Drive along the coast to Alesund, which is as far as we go north on this trip, then back via Oslo, Gothenburg and Copenhagen.
Hope this makes sense
Robert

Thanks, it does make sense and sounds a good trip. We've done most of that in the 70's in a trailer tent and again in the mid 90's with the caravan but via Harwich/Gothenburg out and back when DFDS did that route. Things are conspiring against us this summer so it will be the Faroes only by air by the look of things. :(

Dave & Pat,

Rita's asking, "At which point do we tag on behind?" ;)

You can tag on just about anywhere you like Jock. It would be a pleasure to have you along.
