Omnistore gearbox problems

Hi folks , we wound out our awning for the first time to discover it wouldn’t wind fully in , had to remove the end cap and enlist a socket to coax it back in , I assume it’s just worn gears as it only slips on a couple of teeth ? Any ideas what model it is and where to source a new gearbox please .

From the “What have you fixed today” post from a while back:

Replaced the gearbox on the awning.

It looks as though the ‘rivets’ that hold the gearbox casing together gave up the ghost!

Dont know if yours is a similar problem.

Thanks , I had looked there but the end plates look different so wasn't sure they would be compatible?

Thanks , I think the casing is still intact but will check tomorrow
