Omni Step (double) Rivets (1 Viewer)

I bent my steps (silly me!). I've tracked down a man who can straighten the arm but I need a new set of the rivets around which it swivels. I can't find a supplier. Any ideas? A cheap place preferably.

Mine snapped on one side so knocked it out and replaced with a bolt, 12 months ago, works fine.

Is there room to fit a panhead screws washers each side, then lock tight the nuts on
