Hi there I'm new to this so Please be gentle, We have a Swift Lifestyle 600FB 2004 model with an old Thetford C200 CS toilet, suddenly the flush failed to work, I checked the fuse and replaced with a new one, (the old one was still intact} I later discovered, I had no live at the main fuse, what I need is help finding where to find a live feed to the fuse, do I go from the main battery with a new wire to the fuse ? I am not an electrician so, I'm not sure if I should do this. many thanks, your help is appreciated. Regards Bob. S

I think this C200 is the type that gets its flushing water from the main fresh water tank, and doesn't have a separate flushing water tank, am I right?

Does the rest of your water system - taps, shower - still work OK?

There's two types of fresh water system, one has a submersible pump in the water tank, and a small switch (microswitch) in each tap (and the toilet flush) to turn on the pump while the tap is on or the flush button is pressed. This is called a microswitch system.

The other type is more like a home system. A pump pressurises the system, and a single pressure switch turns the pump off when the pressure limit is reached. When a tap is opened, the pressure falls, the pump switches on and water flows. When the tap is turned off, the water pressure rises and the pressure switch turns off the pump. This is called a pressure system.

The C200 can work with both types of water system, but the wiring is slightly different. When the cassette access door is open, can you see a connection with 4 wires to it (blue, brown, black, white/black)?

When you push the flush button, can you hear any noise from the water pump? That will tell you whether the pump is turning on but the toilet flush valve (solenoid valve) is not opening, or the whole system isn't working.
