Did have similar in my tyres once but took it out as it affected the balance of the front wheels.

Used to provide a similar product before retirement. It needed to be inserted accurately and in the correct manner or as Mikeco says it affects the balance. I believe it's fine but only in central tread area and for certain types of light to medium punctures. All that's based on a similar product.

Very happy with mine.
Fitted at the last Lincoln Motorhome show and the ride home was significantly smoother and we had the week previously had 4 new camper tyres, so wanted to protect them.
Full fitting to all 4 tyres was cheaper than 1 new tyre.
No brainier for me, but still carry a spare, as a side blow out would not be helped by the liquid, but a puncture in the tread range
