Says he was stopped at the Spanish boarded and refused entry has hadn't had a Covid test. He was stopped by the French police on the A75.
The A75 is nowhere near Spain.

It says that after he had been turned away from the Spanish border he decided to return home. Doesn’t say how long after he turned around he was stopped.
