Hi All

For many years I have used an oil additive Wynns in my trucks and on one occasion I am sure it saved me an engine. For one of my Scanias was travelling through France enroute to Italy when the sump bung came loose and dropped out first the driver knew was loads of smoke and then no oil pressure, he immediately stopped and Scania were called out fitted a new plug refilled with oil and away he went again with no problems, infact the truck ran on for another two years trouble free before I sold it, I was very lucky.

I believe that it was the Wynns anti friction additive that saved that engine!

Now the question to you exoerts would it be ok to use this additive in my Monaco RV's Cummins engine which uses fully synthetic oil? Anyone have any ideas on this please?

By the way my trucks ran on series 3 multigrade.

Regards Pat
