I just purchased a Chausson flash 02 question I have is I always switch the water temp switch on to 50 or 70 so does that heat up off electric when I’m plugged in on site and then if I go wild camping does leisure battery heat the water up or gas

Your battery won't be powering your heating or water.
The blow air heating part is driven by your hab battery & provides basic power to operate your systems.

I know van heating is off webasto diesel heater just wondered off grid what heats water temp
