Oh b......ger, it's snowing quite hard and settling.
We were supposed to be going to say bye-bye to muminlaw this morning as we're off to our house sit in France later today. Had the day planned out, now the snow has botched all that.
Going to take the dog out to see how deep the snow is on the road, she's only short so should give us a fair idea of depth! Ha, ha.

Apparently there was some snow here this morning but it's well trained snow it had all gone by the time I got up at 9:30.

Stansted airport was shut earlier today to clear snow. Our daughter lives in Clacton & she says its raining there.

Was Snowing here in North Derbyshire but although it's stopped now it has settled on the hills BUT it is settled on much lower hills than last time

although apparently there is a Big storm blowing up through Spain and France with some of my friends out there reporting snow down as far South as Hendaye

Snowed last night while we were camped out on Mom's drive just over the border in Worcestershire. She lives on a bit of a hill and does get the worst of any weather.

2 miles down the road there was nothing!

We had snow last night but it had gone this morning but while we were up at Max’s sister farm it came a blizzard but fortunately it had cleared before we left an hour and a half ago

Went to muminlaw, roads were a bit slushy in places better couple of hours later when we came back.
Sitting in a cosy van now at St Valery s/ Somme, a really good journey-no traffic, roads clear so got earlier Train than booked-1.30am!
Only just got up-
